Registration Fees

Registration includes entrance for the Symposium, June 24-June 26. Field trips (June 23, 27) are an additional fee.

Early Bird (Before May 24)

Students: $100 (+HST and eventbrite processing fee)

Regular: $250 (+HST and eventbrite processing fee)

Late Registration (May 24 - June 10)

Students: $150 (+HST and evenbrite processing fee)

Regular: $300 (+HST and eventbrite processing fee)

Accommodations

There are limited single and double accommodations available in the on-campus residences at Saint Mary’s University. Rooms may be booked on a first come, first served basis.

Accommodations options are available in the Loyola residences and include single and double room options. Each double room is furnished with two single beds. Shared washrooms facilities are located in the hallway of each unit of rooms.

Due to summer accommodations required for students, suite style options with kitchenettes offered in previous years will not be available this year.

Rates:

Single (1 single bed/room): $70.00+HST

Double (2 single beds/room): $130.00+HST

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests received on or before Monday, June 10th, 2023, will be issued a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given thereafter except in the event of extenuating circumstances, which the TransCoastal Adaptations office will identify on a case-by-case basis. Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to transcoastaladaptations@smu.ca. TCA will not be able to prorate registration fees. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Substitution requests must be in writing via email to transcoastaladaptations@smu.ca no later than 7 days prior to the event's start.
